We receive endless feedback and thanks from our patients for all the hard work and dedication of our staff. This award is based upon patient feedback received over the past 12 months and is one way we can thank you on our patient’s behalf.

Whilst you can’t nominate someone for this category, a shortlist will be produced using feedback from; patient experience scores, greatix, PALS intelligence, compliments and NHS choices posts and reviews.
